SWTHZ West Village

About this Sanctuary

Nestled in West Village's vibrant heart, SweatHouz offers a modern twist on traditional wellness practices. The venue is designed to provide an invigorating contrast therapy experience with state-of-the-art infrared saunas that can be customized for individual comfort, and cold plunge tubs that are icy-cold. Guests appreciate the private suites complete with Netflix streaming, temperature control in sauna pods, clean and welcoming environment, and warm towels post-sauna. The staff, like Nicolas, goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience, fostering a supportive community atmosphere. However, some guests have reported cleanliness issues (hairs, trash), separation of cold plunge from the package causing confusion, poor customer service in certain instances, and limited membership options.
